Project Graduation Registration information --
PROJECT GRADUATION REGISTRATION
Cost:
Regular Registration has CLOSED
Late Registration May 12 – May 31 is $50 for a Senior (no gift bag) and $50 for a Guest
Late Guest Registration May 19 – May 31 - $60 for a Guest
When/Where Can I Register?
Late registration is available by submitting payment and paperwork to the Attendance Office at the high school to Mrs. Leal.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
· Guests - Each senior is allowed one guest. The guest must be between the ages of 16 and 20 on the night of graduation. Absolutely no one that is 21 years of age or older or under 16 will be allowed. Guests do not need to be a student at Hays. We reserve the right to check identification on the night of graduation and reject anyone that is not within the accepted age range without refund. So, do not try to bring a guest that is outside of the allowable age.
· Fee Payment – All fees (including guests) must be paid in advance so that we have good head counts prior to the event and if you have not paid, we cannot count you to be considered as registered. We can accept checks or cash (exact change appreciated). Checks should be made out to Hays Project Graduation.
· Liability Form - A liability form is required to be completed for every senior and guest. I have attached the form here for convenience so that you can print it and have it completed to turn in when you visit the PG table during lunch. Students that are 18 or older can sign their form. Any students under 18 must have their parent sign the form. See below for the form –
Bus Capacity – We have to provide bus counts on May 21 to the district office. If you do not register before May 21, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your registration. We can only accept additional registration until the buses are full.

This form will be updated regularly so you can check back often to confirm your senior has completed everything.

Where to change? What to do with your things? Times to check-in and bus departure? And lots more! Download and check it out so you will be in the know!!
